We do not offer refund or cash exchanged for any voucher bought for any reason what so ever. we offer a generouse 12 months to use up vouchers. Vouchers can be over several treatments and balance can be stored under client details so they can be split over time and not used at one time if required.
If you require us to send the physical voucher to your receipient this can be done for an extra £2 for recorded delivery.
