*For online bookings, an online deposit would have been paid, if you reschedule the appointment 24hrs before the start of your appointment time, the deposit will be transferred to the re-scheduled appointment.

If you cancel an appointment less then 24hrs before the start of your appointment time, you will be charged 50% of the price of the appointment. If you book with us using a pre-paid gift voucher, we will deduct 50% of the value of the gift voucher.

If your treatment is part of a pre-paid course and you fail to provide more than 12 hours' notice then you could lose one treatment from the course.

In the event that you cancel less than 4 hours before the start of your appointment time or do not show up, you will be charged IN FULL for the appointment missed.

For all online bookings the cancellation charge will be taken from the card that was registered when booking the appointment as per our online booking T&Cs.
